Mea1 Café is shaped around a warm, crafted material palette that supports a relaxed neighbourhood dining atmosphere. Custom plywood furniture and joinery set the tone, giving the space a natural, cohesive character. A bespoke plywood backdrop cabinet defines the boundary between kitchen and dining, organising storage while keeping the layout open and efficient. A layered plywood drop ceiling brings the room to a comfortable scale and guides movement through the café. The stainless steel–clad counter adds contrast and durability, catching light and activity at the heart of the space. Deep dark grey textured walls ground the interior, highlighting the warmth of the timber and the crispness of the metal. The result is a welcoming, modern café interior — simple, tactile, and thoughtfully put together.
